I am trying to regularly workout lately, but with the days getting darker and the University + work getting back to full activity, it’s not any easy to keep up!!
Now, Tiffany Rothe Workouts is so very helpful, and I love it for two simple reasons:
- It’s really FUN! Just like dancing with friends. No complicated moves that makes you feel like you’re as flexible as a bench, bringing your motivation lower and lower. You always end up smiling and silly dancing around because you feel good with yourslef (okay maybe that’s just me..).
- The videos are SHORT and they go straight to the point, targeting a specific part of the body at a time and working intensively on it for 5-10 minutes.
